Knowledge, Skills, and Training

Essential Criteria:

• Willing and able to apply existing experience to community settings and develop necessary skills.
• Willing to undertake further training, including Trust Band 3 Extended Skills programme and Care Certificate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Specific Experience

Essential Criteria:

• Desire to work in primary care.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good IT skills.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in community or acute hospital settings.

Business Travel

Essential Criteria:

• Able to travel using own vehicle on Trust business, subject to the provisions of the Equality Act.
