Job summary

Mission Aviation Fellowship UK is seeking an organised and creative MAF in the Community (MiC) Resourcing Coordinator to support resourcing and community fundraising activities across the UK. You will help staff, volunteers and church representatives by developing engaging resources and materials to promote MAF and attract donors.

Under the MiC Resourcing Lead, you will manage content for newsletters, update website and social media, assist with events and provide resources and advice to groups

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role.
• Experience of working in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• The ability to communicate positively, assertively and sensitively within a cross-functional team environment.
• An efficient and organised approach.
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work on your own initiative.

• At a minimum, A-levels or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather content for quarterly MiC Church newsletters.
• Update volunteer, website, e-news and social media content.
• Help develop new church and audience engagement resources.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of MiC UK events.
• Manage queries and meeting and speaking engagement paperwork.
