Job summary

MiC UK is seeking a Resourcing Coordinator on a 12-month maternity cover to support Resourcing and Community Fundraising across the UK. The role coordinates church resources, volunteers, and communications to maximise donor engagement and support for MAF UK.

Based in Glasgow (or Folkestone) with hybrid working, the post requires strong administrative skills, teamwork and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Essential: A-level or equivalent experience
• Experience of team working
• Experience in an administrative role
• Proficient skills in Microsoft applications
• Able to communicate positively, assertively, and sensitively within a cross functional team environment
• Efficient and organised approach
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day work of the Resourcing & Community Fundraising streams of MiC UK
• Ensure MiC stakeholders across the UK are well-resourced for MAF UK
• Develop resources for churches, volunteers, and events
• Engage with Church Representatives to promote the work of MAF
• Plan and deliver event logistics and fundraising activities
• Provide administrative support across MiC UK operations
• Support social media and website resource updates
