Portland Charity is seeking a Community Fundraising Coordinator to grow our individual giving programme and manage community fundraising activities in Nottinghamshire. The role requires confidence, proactivity and a passion for our mission, with a focus on building relationships and creating opportunities that increase income and engagement.

You will develop fundraising campaigns, engage with schools, community groups and local supporters, and recruit volunteers to help reach annual targets.

Formación

• GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) and Level 3 qualification in fundraising, marketing, business.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and growing our individual giving programme.
• Creating engaging fundraising campaigns and campaigns appeals.
• Building relationships with community groups, schools, businesses and individual supporters.
• Identifying and attending community events, fairs, festivals and fundraising activities.
• Recruiting and supporting volunteers and new supporters.
• Delivering an excellent supporter experience and developing long-term donor relationships.
• Supporting planning and delivery of fundraising events and campaigns.
• Maintaining accurate supporter records and reporting on fundraising activity.
