Tate, King's Cross, London, is seeking a Member Experience Manager to lead a small front-of-house team and manage day-to-day operations ensuring an outstanding member experience.

You will oversee reception, meeting rooms, and communal areas, while building strong relationships with members and guests. A collaborative, professional environment and a focus on wellbeing underpin this role.

• Experience leading a customer-facing front-of-house team.
• Background in hospitality, coworking, or serviced offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team to foster collaboration, accountability and exceptional service.
• Oversee reception, meeting rooms and communal areas ensuring high presentation and smooth operations.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests to make them feel welcomed and valued.
• Cover in the General Manager's absence and manage operational matters for continuity.
• Oversee stock, facilities needs and supplier relationships to keep the space well equipped.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding to ensure confidence and capability.
• Handle member queries, feedback and complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the overall member experience.
