Job summary

Elizabeth Finn Homes is seeking a Community Engagement and Marketing Partner to strengthen the connection between our care home and the local community, with a focus on increasing interest in new admissions to the home.

You will lead outreach to healthcare professionals, organise events and information sessions, and build lasting relationships with families, GP practices and local authorities to raise awareness of our care services.

Qualifications

• Experience handling enquiries and converting interest into admissions or show rounds.
• Proven ability to build relationships with families, professionals and caregivers.
• Skilled in organising events, presentations and community outreach activities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders in a care-home setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from prospective families and self-referrals, converting interest into admissions.
• Identify and engage referrers such as hospitals, hospices and rehab centres.
• Organise networking events, presentations and information sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Develop resources to support local teams in driving enquiries and admissions.
