Job summary

Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking a proactive Lifestyle Champion to help residents live rewarding, engaging lives through a welcoming home-based Lifestyle Programme. You will plan, deliver and adapt activities that support mind, body and soul, both in groups and one-to-one, in a caring home environment.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and flexibility to work shifts across a rota, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Understanding of how social interaction supports wellbeing.
• Ability to deliver lifestyle sessions in group and individual formats.
• Ability to develop strong community links and deliver events.
• Ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
• Ability to assist in consistent delivery and implementation of new concepts and ideas.
• Potential to develop through Lifestyle/Activities training and qualifications.
