Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator for The Invention Rooms at White City Campus. You will manage the i-zone's day-to-day use, ensuring it is welcoming, accessible and safe for public activity.

You will support Public & Community Engagement activities, build relationships with community partners, and collaborate with Imperial teams to strengthen local connections. This fixed-term role is based at White City with evening/weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a community venue, event space or similar public-facing environment.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operation of the i-zone.
• Support the delivery of PCE programmes and activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local and internal stakeholders.
