Job summary

Acis Group is seeking a proactive Support and Engagement Coach to connect people with life-changing support, build confidence, and guide them toward their goals within a vibrant community hub. You’ll work with local partners and act as a key contact for participants, promoting services and delivering welcoming, effective engagement.

You will manage on-site hub operations, contribute to local marketing initiatives, and coordinate safeguarding and administrative tasks, ensuring a high-quality

Qualifications

• General awareness of health and safety and building management
• Engage with people 1-2-1 and in groups
• Strong communicator with excellent customer service experience and skills
• Ability to work as a team, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of barriers faced by people and solutions to benefit them
• Able to collaborate with others including external support providers
• Good IT skills with attention to detail
• Positive, energetic and enthusiastic mindset for helping others
• Motivated by seeing others progress
• Resilience in education, support and employment sectors

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new people to services in collaboration with local groups and partners
• Coordinate new routes to market to boost engagement and participant numbers
• Promote services and manage hub-based social channels and local marketing
• Provide clear overview of support needs for handover to wider teams
• Own the customer journey for your area, assess needs and help create personalised plans
• Ensure hub activity with on-site management and admin support
• Ensure site cover during opening hours
• Follow up on enquiries and attendance to ensure satisfaction
• Record outcomes and plan next steps with participants
• Collaborate with wider engagement team to cover events and hubs
• Build relationships with local support services to offer holistic assistance
