Job summary

The Hive College, part of EIAT, seeks a Level 3 Community Engagement Coach to support students aged 19-25 with special educational needs. The role emphasizes mentoring, pastoral care and helping with workplace placements within a collaborative trust environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Vocational or Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Good understanding of how students learn and develop in education.
• Ability to mentor, provide pastoral care and assist with physical care as required.
• Ability to work with individuals and small groups; strong written and verbal communication.
