Job summary

Acis Group Limited in Market Rasen is seeking a Community Project Officer to drive engagement, identify opportunities and remove barriers for local residents. You will lead community-led projects, fostering collaboration and ensuring hubs are active and inclusive.

You will build partnerships with tenants, local groups and support services, coordinating events, outreach and personalised action plans to help people access opportunities and support.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with individuals and groups to identify needs and solutions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage expectations and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Lead on community projects within Market Rasen and Acis tenants.
• Coordinate hub activities and ensure engaging offerings across sites.
• Promote services, manage communications and local marketing.
• Develop partnerships with local groups, services and universities.
