Job summary
Ingeus is a leading human services provider delivering employment, skills and health & wellbeing services to transform lives. The Employment Specialist role in Leyland offers a salary of £31,000 per annum and a community-based footprint with regular travel around the area.
Working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You will assess clients with complex challenges, build strong partnerships with local organisations, and manage a small caseload delivering tailored one-to-one employment support,
Qualifications

- High emotional intelligence for handling sensitive conversations.
- Solid understanding of employment services and welfare-to-work initiatives.
- Ability to network and build relationships with employers and community organisations.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients to support secure and sustainable employment.

- Manage a small caseload with tailored one-to-one employment support.
- Engage with employers to create suitable job opportunities.
- Provide disability awareness to employers for inclusive workplaces.
