Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a UK NMC Registered Nurse to join the District Nursing Service in Dundee on a fixed term basis for 12 months. You will deliver nursing care to patients in their homes and provide essential support to carers within a community setting.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, embracing changes within Transforming District Nursing, and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills while travelling across Dundee and surrounding areas for shifts between

Qualifications

• You must be a UK NMC Registered Nurse (RN1/RN2) with current registration.
• Experience in district/community nursing or primary care is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills required.
