Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking experienced Band 5 Community Nurses for the District Nursing Service across North Wales. This fixed-term/secondment post runs until 24 July 2027 to cover maternity leave, with opportunities for development and progression through district nurse qualifications or chronic condition case management.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or within 2 months of gaining PIN.
• Knowledge of Primary Care.
• Evidence of ongoing professional training.
• Knowledge of Professional codes of conduct.
• Broad knowledge of relevant community nursing skills and competencies.
• Working unsociable hours.
• Ability to travel between patients' homes in a timely manner.
