Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board invites applications for a permanent Band 5 Community Nurse post in the South Wrexham District Nursing Service, based at Plas Madoc Clinic, 37.5 hours per week.

The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate community care, working with the district nursing team and other agencies to deliver clinically effective care. Welsh language ability is desirable; applicants fluent in Welsh or English are welcome.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is essential to practice as a nurse in the UK.
• Post-registration study and training are desirable (e.g., POVA, Child Protection, ILLS).
