Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking a District Nursing Worker to assist registered nurses in delivering care to patients in the community. The role is based in Llanberis/Penygroes and involves travel between patients' homes for 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract.

• Welsh language ability desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 in care.
• Sufficient experience in care work.

Responsibilities

• Support district nursing team to care for those living in the community.
• Deliver patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Travel between patients' homes in towns and rural areas in a timely manner.
