Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work well within a team and also alone.
• Must travel between patients' homes across towns and rural areas.
• Welsh language ability is desirable; English or Welsh speakers may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan.
• Carry out a wide range of duties under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Support the district nursing team to care for those living in the community.
