The Community Staff Nurse role at Powys Teaching Health Board delivers prescribed nursing care to patients on a day-to-day basis, with autonomous clinical practice and a supportive preceptorship program.

We welcome both new registrants and experienced staff. Permanent full- and part-time positions (37.5 hours per week) are available, with Welsh language training and development opportunities across a beautiful rural Wales setting.

Qualifikationen

• Must be NMC registered with community nursing qualifications.
• Two or more diploma modules relevant to Community nursing.
• District Nursing Diploma/Certificate or working towards.
• Nurse prescriber or working towards.

Aufgaben

• Deliver prescribed nursing care to patients on a day-to-day basis.
• Holistic assessment of patient care needs and development of care plans.
• Autonomous clinical practice with access to guidance as needed.
• Work within the Llandrindod Wells District Nursing Team on a full or part-time basis.
