Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Operational Lead for the Countywide Community Diabetes Service in Staffordshire. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality services, alongside Clinical Leads, Professional Leads and senior operational colleagues to drive transformation and performance improvements.

You will contribute to workforce planning, governance, and the development of innovative, patient-centred care pathways while aligning with NHS Long Term Plan

Qualifikationen

• Operational leadership or project management experience within NHS.
• Experience in leading service development, redesign or transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and boundaries.
• Experience in managing staff and resources to meet objectives.
• Ability to analyse complex information and drive improvement.
• Passion for patient-centred care.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for Community Diabetes Services.
• Lead service improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Manage performance against objectives and targets.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and staff development.
• Ensure governance, quality and risk management are embedded.
• Collaborate with partners including Primary Care Networks and acute providers.
• Support development of patient-centred care pathways.
• Analyse service data to inform planning and priorities.
