Community Development Trust in London invites an experienced Manager - Charity Operations & Development to lead day-to-day operations and support our growth. You will work with the Board to ensure compliance, manage our property portfolio, and drive continuous service improvement.

Manager – Charity Operations & Development

Salary: £36,000 – £40,500 per annum

Location: Office with national travel

Contract: Fulltime, permanent (37.5 hours per week including some weekends)

Community Development Trust (CDT) is an ambitious and growing charity seeking an experienced Manager -Charity Operations & Development to lead our day-to-day operations and support our future growth.

Working closely with the Board of Trustees and Chairman, you will play a key role in ensuring the charity operates effectively, remains compliant, manages its property portfolio successfully, and delivers continuous service improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive leader who enjoys managing diverse responsibilities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and making a real impact within the charity sector.
