Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinic Co-ordinator to support community dental services by coordinating outpatient and domiciliary clinics, managing appointments and waiting lists, and delivering high-quality admin and reception support across multiple sites.

You will work closely with clinicians, patients and partner organisations to ensure an excellent patient experience and continuity of service, with flexibility to cover across locations and to contribute to service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinics, patient appointments and waiting lists across multiple sites.
• Organise domiciliary appointments and associated support requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, clinicians and external agencies.
• Manage patient enquiries by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems.
• Support service continuity by providing flexible cover across community dental locations.
• Participate in service improvement, audit and quality initiatives.
