An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Band 3 Clinic Co-ordinator (Float) to join the Primary Care Dental Service (PCDS).
This is a float role supporting services across Bristol, Bath and Weston. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly across multiple locations and must be able to travel independently between sites during the working day to meet service needs.
Coordinate clinics, patient appointments and waiting lists across multiple sites.
Organise domiciliary appointments and associated support requirements.
Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, clinicians and external agencies.
Manage patient enquiries by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems.
Support service continuity by providing flexible cover across community dental locations.
Participate in service improvement, audit and quality initiatives.

The post holder will coordinate clinics and waiting lists, support domiciliary services, maintain patient records, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of community dental services. They will work collaboratively with clinical and administrative colleagues across multiple sites to ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery. This role requires flexibility, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to travel independently between community dental sites across Bristol, Bath and Weston.
