Job summary

Superior Healthcare Group is seeking a Community Complex Support Worker to assist a non-verbal young male with epilepsy and developmental delay in a UK setting. You will help with enteral feeding, medication, oral suctioning, hoisting and personal care.

The role requires 6+ months UK care experience, epilepsy-related support, and a valid UK driving licence. Expect shift rotations across evenings, days and nights with comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based care experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with Epilepsy.
• Full UK driving licence and valid right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

£14.00 - £17.00 per hour (Bank holidays up to £30)

Superior Healthcare are recruiting a Community Complex Support Worker to support a young male in Tunbridge Wells with complex epilepsy and developmental delay.

Our client is non-verbal and requires support with enteral feeding and medication, oral suctioning, hoisting and personal care.

Experience in complex care is essential. We are looking for someone calm, gentle and confident who can provide consistent, reassuring support.

Shifts

• Twilight 5:00pm-10:00pm
• Day 7:00am-5:00pm
• Waking Night 8:00pm-8:00am

• To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
• To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person‑centred care is provided.
• To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
• To be calm, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
• To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.
