Guardian Angel Carers Ltd is seeking Community Carers to join our trusted home-care team in Worthing, Goring, Ferring, Angmering and Littlehampton areas. Competitive hourly rates and flexible full-time or part-time hours are available.

A full UK driving licence with access to your own car is essential to reach clients' homes. We offer 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm shift options, weekend work, and a range of benefits including training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Friendly, cheerful and reliable caregiver attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Help clients maintain independence and well-being.
• Support with meal preparation and medication management.
• Accompany clients on pharmacy and shopping trips.

Guardian Angel Carers have proudly served our community with compassion, trust and dignity for 15 years. We are looking for caring, thoughtful and dedicated Community Carers to join our exceptional team of Healthcare Professionals in the Worthing, Goring, Ferring, Angmering & Littlehampton areas.

Because we provide care directly in our customers’ homes, a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car is essential.

Pay Rates: £16.00ph (Monday to Friday) | £17.25ph (Weekends) | 45p per business mile

Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time hours available. We require all of our Care Assistants to work a minimum of alternate weekends.

Shift times available: 7am to 2pm | 4pm to 10pm. We can also offer split shifts and evening only hours.

Make a real difference every day by providing up-close and personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients in their own homes. This role involves building meaningful relationships while assisting with personal care, household duties, and helping clients maintain their independence.
