Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking double up care workers to support Olive and other clients across Tamworth and surrounding villages in their own homes. Roles include both part-time (25 hours) and full-time shifts, with travel between clients using your own vehicle.

You will help with personal care, meals, meds, and mobility support to promote independence. We offer paid travel time, regular training, progression opportunities, free uniform and PPE, out-of-hours support, pension, a discount card,

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care or home care is preferred.
• Ability to assist with personal care and meals.
• Willingness to travel between clients using own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with meals and hydration, medication reminders, and mobility using equipment.
• Support clients to maintain independence with dignity and choice.
