Community Care Workers - Car driver with access to own vehicle is essential. Females only
Covering the Craven Area - Skipton, Hellifield, Threshfield, Grassington and Settle
Full time hours 40 hours a week - Alternative weekends
Salary: £13.00 weekdays £13.50 weekends

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence.
  2. Supporting clients with medication management and administration, and monitoring health conditions.
  3. Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
  4. Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable and safe living environment.
  5. Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
  6. Full driving licence and car required for this role.
  7. Communicating effectively with clients’ families and healthcare providers.
