Lifeways are recruiting a Care Support Worker to join our teams in Swansea, Tumble & Llanelli. You’ll support people with learning disabilities to live independent lives in their local communities, develop daily living skills, and participate in activities and appointments.

No two days are the same: you’ll gain training, build meaningful relationships, and make a real difference while enjoying supportive colleagues and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Caring and reliable attitude valued.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Support people to develop everyday living skills.
• Help build confidence and independence.
• Assist participation in local activities, clubs and events.
• Attend appointments and manage daily routines.
• Provide encouragement and practical support for independent living.
