You will assess, plan, deliver and review care, working independently yet as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.

You’ll support junior colleagues and students, contribute to service improvement activities, and participate in quality governance.

Formación

• Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN) qualification and current nursing experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary team working.
• Flexible approach and willingness to support services across different settings.
• Commitment to learning and delivering high standards of care.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan and deliver safe nursing care for a group of patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care to meet changing needs.
• Work closely with colleagues, patients and families to support positive outcomes.
• Support and guide junior staff and learners during clinical practice.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement and governance activities.
