Job summary

Dimensions is looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Norton Subcourse. You will help two gentlemen live active, fulfilling lives by providing personal care, meal preparation, and daily living support in their home.

You will support wheelchair access to the community and assist with activities in line with their goals, while embracing a person-centred approach and strong communication with families. A full UK manual driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and reliable approach to supporting adults.
• Excellent communication and a person-centred attitude.
• Full UK manual driving licence and access to a car for travel to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication support.
• Assist with meal preparation using HelloFresh deliveries and maintain healthy meals.
• Support with daily living tasks and encouraging independence.
• Assist when accessing the community, including pushing a wheelchair.
• Work both lone-working shifts and as part of a supportive team.
• Adhere to the two-week rolling rota with typical shifts 9:00–22:00, including sleep-ins.
