Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited (1) is seeking a proactive Community Care Business Development Manager to shape and grow our Community Care services across the South of the UK. You will lead opportunities, build partnerships, and deliver tailored care solutions that make a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and creating partnerships that deliver long-term value.
  • Develop and deliver innovative business development strategies across the region.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings, partnership visits, events and conferences to grow our network.
  • Identify tender opportunities and work with tenders team on successful bids.
  • Work with Registered Managers and the National Nurse Team to develop tailored Community Care solutions.
  • Understand market trends, costs, compliance and risk to support commercially sound proposals.
  • Manage your own pipeline, priorities and targets while delivering against business plans and OKRs.
  • Bring fresh ideas, energy and entrepreneurial approach to growing Community Care offering.

Location: Covering the South, including Bristol, Kent, Southampton andPlymouth, this is a flexible, largely remote role with regular travel tostakeholder meetings, events and conferences.

Salary: £50,000 pa + up to £30,000 bonus + Car Allowance £4,800 pa

Contract type: Full time

Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am– 5:30pm

  • Identifying newopportunities, generating leads and securing new business.

  • Identifyingtender opportunities and working closely with the tenders team onsuccessful bids.
  • Working withRegistered Managers and the National Nurse Team to develop tailoredCommunity Care solutions.
