Reportingto: Director of Community Care
Location: Covering the South, including Bristol, Kent, Southampton andPlymouth, this is a flexible, largely remote role with regular travel tostakeholder meetings, events and conferences.
Salary: £50,000 pa + up to £30,000 bonus + Car Allowance £4,800 pa
Contract type: Full time
Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am– 5:30pm

Enjoy a flexible,largely remote role with the autonomy to plan and manage your own diary,prioritising meetings, stakeholder visits, events and business developmentactivity across the region. Typically, BDMs spend around 2 days a week outin the field, with the remainder working remotely, giving you the freedomto structure your time around your priorities and adapt to busy periods.
