Care Santé Limited is seeking dedicated Care Assistants for roles based in the UK. You will join caring teams delivering life-enhancing support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours.

The position offers a paid induction, ongoing training, and a focus on compassionate, high-quality care. Benefits include an hourly rate of £13.32, 35p per mile mileage, enhanced PPE, DBS checks paid for, paid holidays and a workplace pension.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
• No prior experience required, but must show compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and deliver high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with mobility and disabilities, including use of aids
• Perform domestic tasks such as bed making, tidying, light cleaning and laundry
• Support personal care including washing, bathing and toileting
• Assist with eating, drinking and meal preparation
• Support with medication administration
• Contribute to end-of-life care as needed

We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available.

Working usual shift patterns of;

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 3pm-10pm
• Alternative weekends

As a Home Care Worker you’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives, within their own homes.

Job Description

• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use of, and care of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks, assisting with feeding if required
• Support with preparing and administering medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care
