Joyful Care For You is seeking compassionate Community Care Assistants to provide in-home support, helping clients maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will build trusting relationships and tailor care to individual needs.

Visits include personal care, meal support, light housekeeping and medication assistance, with documentation and ongoing training. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car help you deliver reliable care with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide personalised care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your duties will include:

• Supporting clients with washing, dressing and maintaining personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required
• Supporting clients with medication in line with care plans and training
• Helping with light household tasks and maintaining a safe environment
• Offering companionship, emotional support and friendly conversation
• Recording care provided and reporting any concerns appropriately

Pay Rates:

During probation:

• Weekdays - £13 per hour
• Weekends - £14 per hour

Post probation:

• Weekdays - £15 per hour
• Weekends - £16 per hour

What we're looking for:
