Job summary

DHI in Bath and North East Somerset is seeking an Employment Specialist to support people who have experienced problematic alcohol or substance use. This active, community-based role helps clients identify strengths, prepare for work and find roles that match their goals.

You will work directly with people, building trusted relationships with clients, employers and partner services. Full training, on-the-job support and mentoring are provided, and you may bring transferable skills from customer

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop cooperative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle for work travel.
