Job summary

DHI is recruiting a Team Leader for our South Gloucestershire Drug and Alcohol Community Team. You will line-manage staff, volunteers and peers, guiding a passionate team to deliver an exceptional service for clients.

A driving licence and vehicle access for work travel are essential. We value transferable experience from teaching, ex-armed forces, customer service and similar fields, where problem solving and motivational skills are key.

Job description

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Yate and Patchway

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role

DHI are recruiting a Team Leader to support the leadership team, staff and clients within South Gloucestershire. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to support and develop the team and service. You will be joining an experienced Drug and Alcohol Community Team that works hard to support each other and to deliver an exceptional service to our clients. As team leader you will be directly line managing a team of staff, volunteers and peers. The role is varied and interesting requiring adaptability, resilience and a positive, solution focused approach.

A Driving Licence with access to vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
