Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Trust invites HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to join the Intensive Case Management and Rehabilitation Pathway. The role can be Band 7 developmental or Band 8a, offering flexible community-based work across Oxfordshire.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide recovery-focused care to adults with complex mental health needs. The pathway emphasises active engagement, trauma-informed practice, and timely risk management.

Qualifications

• Doctoral qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology with HCPC registration.
• Post-doctoral qualification in a clinically relevant area and/or BABCP accreditation (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessments based on complex data from multiple sources.
• Plan and implement formal psychological treatment and management of mental health problems.
• Implement a range of psychological interventions for individuals, carers, families and groups.
• Contribute to triage of referrals to the ICM team and determine the appropriate level of treatment.
