Oxford Health seeks a Psychologist (HCPC registered) to join the new Intensive Case Management Pathway. Role can be Band 7 developmental or Band 8a, offering flexible, recovery‑focused care for adults with complex mental health needs across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

You will deliver specialist assessments, develop formulations and individualised interventions, work within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a trauma‑informed, person‑centred service with strong MDT collaboration.

Qualifications

• Doctoral qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and HCPC registration.
• Significant experience with specialist psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions for adults with severe/complex mental health difficulties, including psychosis.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist psychological assessments based on complex data from diverse sources.
• Plan and implement formal psychological treatment and/or management based on a sound framework.
• Deliver a range of psychological interventions for individuals, carers, families and groups, refining formulations.
• Contribute to triage of referrals and determine appropriate level of treatment.
