Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Trust in Buckinghamshire is recruiting a HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist for the new Intensive Case Management Pathway in Aylesbury. The post can be Band 7 developmental or Band 8a, joining a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused care in community settings.

You will provide assessments, plan and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, contribute to MDT reviews and triage referrals, with flexible working across Buckinghamshire.

Qualifications

• Doctoral qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and HCPC registration.
• Experience with specialist psychological assessment and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs.
• Ability to work within a recovery-focused, trauma-informed framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessments using complex data from multiple sources.
• Plan and deliver formal psychological treatments for adults with psychosis and complex needs.
• Deliver a range of psychological interventions for individuals, carers and groups.
• Contribute to triage of referrals and MDT discussions.
