This variable-hours post sits in the Adult Learning Courses team at Wiltshire College & University Centre, teaching short care courses for adult learners across college sites. The work is planning and running sessions on person-centred care, safeguarding, moving and handling and infection control, using demonstrations and scenarios. Hours follow course provision and learner demand, so work is offered as required rather than on a fixed timetable. Fit rests on a Level 3 health and social care qualification or significant industry experience; a teaching qualification is desirable, not essential.
