About the Role

As a Community Adviser, you will work within the communities team, primarily based in Stockport, with some travel to other services across Oldham, Rochdale, and Trafford. Your responsibilities will include interviewing clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills to identify issues and empower clients, while maintaining structure and control during meetings.

Ideally, you will have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Social Welfare Law advice in areas such as Welfare Benefits, Money, Energy, Housing, or Immigration.
