London Met Students' Union in London is seeking a Communities & Activities Coordinator to help shape the student experience by supporting and developing student communities, societies and course-based activities.

In this role you will recruit and train student leaders, plan development workshops for volunteers, and work with academic staff to enhance engagement and belonging across the University. A proactive, organized candidate will thrive here.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support student communities, societies and academic groups across the University
• Lead and develop course-based activities that enhance engagement, belonging and student success
• Recruit, train and support student leaders and student staff
• Plan and deliver workshops, training and development opportunities for volunteers and group leaders
• Support students to organise events, activities and projects that positively impact the wider student community
• Work alongside academic staff, course leaders and key stakeholders to improve the student experience
• Increase participation and engagement across diverse student communities
• Monitor impact, evaluate outcomes and contribute to the continuous development of the service
• Support the delivery of key Students' Union events, including Welcome Week, Leadership Elections and Student Awards

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the student experience at London Met. Working within our Communities & Activities team, you will support and develop student communities, societies and course-based activities, helping students build connections, develop skills and make the most of their time at university.

As a Communities & Activities Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and support student communities, societies and academic groups across the University
