Job summary

Searchability NS&D in Belfast is seeking a Communications Specialist to support a major post‑merger transformation programme. The position is fully onsite, 36-hour week, initially a six‑month contract, paid at £34.98 per hour via Umbrella, with BPSS clearance required.

You will help develop and execute communications plans, create engaging internal and external content, and work with leadership to establish channels and consistent messaging across the organisation.

Due to ongoing transformation activities, they are looking for an experienced Communications Specialist to join the team.

THE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE:

As a Communications Specialist, you will provide critical support during a major post-merger integration programme, helping to establish and deliver internal and external communications activities. You will work closely with leadership teams to develop key messaging, launch communication channels and ensure consistent communication across the organisation.
