Job summary

Searchability NS&D in Belfast is seeking a Communications Specialist to support a major business transformation, delivering internal and external communications for a post-merger integration programme.

You will work with senior stakeholders to develop messaging, create content, and ensure consistent communications across the organisation. The role is fully onsite in Belfast (36-hour week) and requires BPSS clearance.

THE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE:

As a Communications Specialist, you will provide critical support during a major post-merger integration programme, helping to establish and deliver internal and external communications activities. You will work closely with leadership teams to develop key messaging, launch communication channels and ensure consistent communication across the organisation.
