Job summary

MultakaOxford is based at the History of Science and Pitt Rivers Museums. In this part-time, fixed-term role you will be the Communications producer and project administrator, creating and delivering communications across websites, social media, newsletters and reports.

You will work with museum colleagues, volunteers and programme partners, developing content for diverse audiences, using Canva or Adobe, and supporting safeguarding, risk management, finance and events.

Qualifications

• Experience creating messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to produce print and digital content.
• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe for design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver communications across websites, social media, newsletters and reports.
• Develop content for inter- and multi-cultural audiences.
• Build communications networks with museum colleagues, volunteers and partners.
• Support with events, volunteer records and safeguarding processes.
• Liaise with finance colleagues, suppliers and artists as needed.
