BALPA is seeking two Communications Officers (Corporate) responsible for executing the strategy for all of BALPA’s central and corporate communications, including the website, member portal and forums, member apps, email newsletters, social media, traditional media, press, magazine, podcasts, and videos. These officers will collaborate with the Director for Communications and each other to develop and implement communication strategies.
Currently, BALPA is undergoing a communications review aimed at significant improvements across all channels. The Communications Officers will support the Director in implementing review recommendations and further developing the strategy.
As BALPA is in a period of reform and modernization, all staff are expected to demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
