Job summary

WWF-UK is seeking a Communications Executive based in the Living Planet Centre, Woking, on a permanent, full-time basis. The role blends writing, digital communications, event coordination and stakeholder engagement, with hybrid working requiring at least 40% in-person collaboration per month.

You will develop content for audiences including businesses and partners, coordinate across teams, and help track the impact of communications activity.

Qualifications

• Experience working in communications, PR, digital communications or a related role.
• Strong writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
• Experience producing content for email, web, social or other digital platforms.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Confidence researching information and turning it into clear, engaging content.
• Experience coordinating communications activity across different teams or stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, partners and external contacts.
• Experience delivering communications activity accurately and to agreed deadlines.
• Experience managing your own work while contributing to shared team priorities.
• Understanding of business communications, corporate partnerships or advocacy.
• Experience working in a complex or multi-stakeholder organisation.
• Experience tracking, evaluating or reporting on communications activity.
• Familiarity with email marketing or digital communications tools.
• Experience working with external agencies or corporate partners.
• An interest in business, sustainability and the role organisations can play in driving action for nature and climate.
