Communications Lead - 2 Year FTC

Location – London/Leeds/Dublin

Hybrid - 2 days per week (Dublin only)

Flutter works with experts across the company to build, deploy, and communicate the Flutter Edge, covering areas like Product & Payments, Technology, Sportsbook, People, Property, Corporate Communications, and Strategic Partnerships & Transformation.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver impactful communication campaigns for Polaris.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with program goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define and execute communication plans.
• Ensure seamless integration of communication efforts across workstreams.
• Create engaging communication materials and campaigns.

How you’ll do it

• Deep understanding of change communication principles in large-scale transformations.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Experience in senior communications roles, especially in complex, global organizations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and working in matrix environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro).
• Certifications in change management or communications are advantageous.
