Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited (NCHA) is seeking a Communications and Engagement Business Partner in Nottingham to strengthen relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders through clear, creative communications.

You will support proactive internal and external communications, provide expert advice, and drive high-quality PR campaigns that protect and enhance our reputation while supporting organisational priorities.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience in a communications or public relations role.
• A proven track record of delivering creative, successful campaigns
• Strong digital content management skills (intranet, newsletters, social media)

Responsabilidades

• Shaping effective and creative communication activities
• Delivering proactive internal and external communications
• Plan and deliver PR activity including press releases
• Lead corporate communications such as newsletters and executive briefings
• Oversee intranet content with audits and insights
• Plan and deliver measurable campaigns
