Nottingham City Council is seeking two experienced Communications and Marketing Managers to join a growing team in Nottingham. You will provide strategic communications and marketing guidance to senior leaders and elected members, translating priorities into impactful campaigns and engagement plans.

With a strong track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams, you will coach colleagues, drive continuous improvement and shape innovative ways of working.

Competenze

• Significant experience in communications, marketing or public affairs, including developing and delivering strategic communications plans.
• Proven track record of leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams, including performance management.
• Experience providing strategic advice and support to senior leaders and stakeholders in a complex organisation.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the confidence to work closely with elected members, senior leaders and external partners.
• Strong judgement, political awareness and the ability to navigate sensitive and high-profile issues.
• Collaborative approach, with the ability to shape new ways of working and contribute to the ongoing development of a growing service.
• Creativity, resilience and a focus on delivering excellent outcomes for customers and communities.
