Cambridge Zero has an exciting opportunity available as part of our Communications and Engagement Team, to support the delivery of Cambridge Zero's communication and engagement strategy, promoting the work being done across the University to solve the climate crisis.

Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of Cambridge Zero's communication and engagement strategy across all programmes of activity, including public engagement, internal and external communications, public affairs, research communications, philanthropic and alumni engagement, student engagement and media relations.
  • Help develop content and activities, support the Head of Communications and provide assistance to the rest of the team in their communications and engagement activity.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of University functions to integrate, enhance and accelerate climate activities.

  • Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Acrobat etc.
  • Ability to write engaging content and communicate complex concepts and academic ideas to a broad range of non-expert audiences.
