Job summary

Abri is seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to champion storytelling and shape how our housing services connect with customers and colleagues. You will lead internal and external communications across housing teams, turning complex ideas into clear messages, building trusted relationships, and supporting colleagues to communicate confidently.

The role is based in Eastleigh with regular travel across Abri’s geography.

With the voice of our customers at the heart of everything we do, we’re looking for a talented Communications Business Partner to join our team and support our housing services. If you enjoy turning complex ideas into clear, engaging messages, building strong relationships, and making a real difference to people’s lives, this could be the role for you.

Working closely with operational teams at the heart of our communities, you’ll lead on both internal and external communications for our housing services. You’ll create content that informs, engages and reassures our customers, while also supporting colleagues to feel confident and effective in how they communicate.

This role can be based from our offices in Yeovil, Eastleigh, Bracknell or London, but regular travel across Abri’s geography will be essential.
